Herbert Neuman

Herbert Neuman, a senior partner of the Neuman Companies, has been engaged in developing and operating residential and commercial properties for over 50 years. He attended Cornell University and New York University majoring in civil engineering and business administration. He currently serves as managing partner of the Neuman Companies and supervises its main headquarters in New York City.

Marv Neuman

Marvin Neuman, a senior partner of the Neuman Companies, holds a Civil Engineering degree from Syracuse University. He has been engaged in commercial leasing and development for 40 years with expertise in new construction and renovation. His office is located in West Dover, Vermont.

Jonah Neuman

Jonah Neuman, a partner of the Neuman companies, has been involved in the development, acquisition, and management of residential and retail properties in the New York Metropolitan area since 2001. Previously, Jonah was a product manager at Schering-Plough Healthcare Products, where he managed a $70 million business. Prior to Schering, he worked as an international management consultant for Booz-Allen & Hamilton, where he advised senior management on business strategy and operations. Jonah received an M.B.A from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Business, and a B.A. from Williams College.

Justin Neuman

Justin Neuman, a partner of the Neuman Companies since 2004, has managed the acquisition, renovation, leasing, and operations of shopping centers in the Metro-DC markets of Maryland and northern Virginia.
